Check out this picture from Casper.
This picture popped up on the Casper website prompting me to sign up to be the first to know about a product. Could it be that Casper is coming out with their own dog bed? If so, I’ll be first in line for one as my Casper mattress is amazing and I know my dog would appreciate it.
I am guessing that the Casper dog bed would be made out of the same material as the Casper mattress except that the removable cover would be a thicker material that would hold up to rougher use and could be washed multiple times without issue.
I have read other articles indicating that Casper wants to create a bunch of new products and that a dog bed would just be the start. I also am reading that they are looking to hire professional journalists to create content for a site or new blog on all things related to sleep. So they are really trying to corner the sleep market.
No word yet on pricing for a possible Casper dog bed but I imagine it would start around $99 considering it’s relative size to a Casper mattress.
Another major development is the introduction of the Casper Snooze Bar. These are their showrooms which have opened in San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Austin, Texas. You can go into a Casper Snooze bar and try out the mattress in person in a really cool environment before you commit to purchasing.
